課程概述

-本課程旨在介紹財務資料處理及支援管理之分析方法，使健康照護產業管理者能充分運用財務資訊，幫助其瞭解組織經營成果及財務狀況評估，並從事成本計算與內部管理，以期有效地經營組織與制定決策。

This course is designed to introduce the process of preparing financial statements and analysis techniques. Through which, managers in healthcare organizations can obtain correct financial information and effectively perform their managerial jobs and decision making. 

課程目標
 1. 瞭解財務會計原理並能夠解讀財務報表之損以表、資產負債表與現金流量表
2. 瞭解並能使用財務比率分析機構之財務狀況與經營績效
3. 能分析長、短期方案之財務影響並制訂決策
4. 瞭解台灣醫院實施之責任中心制度

1.Understand the principles of financial accounting and be able to read and understand an income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flow.
2.Understand and be able to use financial ratios as an aid in determining the company's financial condition and performance.
3.Be able to analyze short term and long term financial alternatives and make decisions.
4.Understand responsibility accounting systems currently adopted in Taiwan's hospitals.

 修習者必須先行課前預習，以完善吸收課程內容；並參與個案討論與繳交報告。
